By accessing or using SlotFixer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is a cloud-based platform for field-service businesses to manage scheduling, jobs, teams, invoicing, and customer relationships. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your business. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. SlotFixer is designed for UK-based field-service businesses including cleaning companies, gardening services, plumbing, electrical, decorating, maintenance, pest control, and removals firms.
Accounts include three portals: Admin Dashboard (business owner), Employee App (your team), and Customer Portal (your clients). You are responsible for managing access to all three.

SlotFixer provides the following features as part of the platform. Feature availability may vary by plan:
Drag-and-drop calendar, shift management, recurring bookings
Employee profiles, work hours, time-off, shift swaps
Quotes, tasks, checklists, GPS check-ins
Invoice generation, expense tracking, profitability
Team chat, customer notifications, confirmations
Before & after photos with GPS stamps
Branded portal for bookings, quotes, payments
Revenue, performance, and satisfaction dashboards
Coverage zones, route optimisation, proximity assignment
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to SlotFixer — including customer records, job details, invoices, photos, schedules, and employee information.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We use your data only as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete your data at any time.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages or third-party provider issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotFixer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
